I work in retail. Each morning I try to wipe down my counters and all areas where "fingers" leave a trail. I try to stay a distance away from customers, especially if I hear that dreaded, hurtful, dry cough.
Even with the urging for the public to stay home if you're sick; it's like this information falls on deaf ears. I'm amazed at people who come shopping anyway and parents who bring their SICK children to the store with them, so they can shop. Whether from boredom or personal desire, why can't they figure out that they are exposing that crapola to everyone else around them? And, really, it wouldn't be so bad except those who bring SICK children to the store rarely have a kleenex, wipes, or a handkerchief (oh, I know, what's that?) ... give the rest of us a break ... don't come shopping if you're SICK ... not really too much to ask, is it?
