Here's what I found. It has been a long time since I have driven a stick. The moving between gears seemed a long stretch and to get in reverse there is a pop up around the gear shift that has to be pulled up, while putting car into reverse. That was odd, to me. I was frustrated with my lack of control out of first gear. After I got home, I watch a few videos of reviews on You Tube for this little gem. If you're driving it right, you'll spend a lot of time downshifting - and the ride was a bit bumpy because of its narrow wheel base.
Here's what I have determined. This little, sporty gem is too sporty for me. I would be doing this car a disservice, driving it like a little ol' lady. It's funny because men go through a mid-life crises and usually want something fast!! I find I really want a car that is more comfortable, and and not so 'sporty'. So, after my initial impression, based mostly on 'looks', In spite of its low miles, and striking initial appearance, I have come to my senses and will not be buying this car.
