I did learn a little more about hashtags, however, didn't use them much. It seems there's an over abundance of time wasted just to use all the @ and # ... I might as well send someone an e-mail.
My preference would be to have a better manner in which to locate a particular person or page. Yes, there is some kind of categorization that can be done, but from what I read you can find it, access it, but you cannot tweet ... hello?
The access and utilization of the various functions of the site, I feel, could be made simpler to not be such a time waster. I probably spend more time doing that, than tweeting a comment.
Retweeting can be a bit overwhelming, for me. I realize the site is built upon 140 characters and retweeting, and that's all well and fine. It's just gotten to be a bit more than I want to take on right now. My time will be better spent working with my own websites.
I enjoy learning new things, although I am a slow learner. Being a lover of words and challenges with them, I truly do enjoy the expression of a thought in 140 characters or less. Having said that, my obsession for proper grammar suffers.
Thanks for the ride; I am glad I took time to at least experience what Twitter is about! I learned a lot and came in contact with hundreds of people, worldwide. Thank you. ~nrl
