Let me know if this doesn't work; I think it should be what you would use to get to my Twitter page. I'm a bit ambivalent about this, but am willing to give it a whirl!
I've decided to try 'tweeting' so I have joined Twitter. If any of you are on Twitter, please add me (connect with me?). I don't even know the terminology yet!

I know we live in small town Nebraska, but I still wanted you to be aware of this. Public playgrounds are a target for possible injuries to kids. There are sickos who are gluing or taping single-edged razor blades to playground equipment, even on slides!. I don't know why someone who is so miserable with themselves has to take it out on innocent children! Be sure to check anywhere the kids play, in public places. They even bury them in the sand!

I've never had my very own dog, though I am a dog person. There are many a canine that have a piece of my heart. Over the weekend I saw this gal walking her dogs and asked if she minded if I took a photo or two. She controlled them very well. I got my 'dog fix' for the day! *smile*
While waiting in line at the bank the other day, there was what appeared to be an injured pigeon. It would not even attempt to move when cars got close. There was already a gal out of her car looking closer, obviously, to check the bird's physical state. I saw her walk away. She went to her car, came back with an empty box and a rag. As you can see here, she rescued the pigeon. The rest of the story . . . is left to your own imagination. I don't know her, but I am hoping that she was able to get the pigeon somewhere to be safe!
